Once we receive your order we will contact you via phone or email to confirm your order and give you an eta of order completion. Most orders will take 4-5 days to complete, plus shipping-transit time.

Existing clients who have our fulfillment email address, can place print orders through email.

New clients: We recommend your first order be a phone order so we can answer any questions you have about our process and your artwork. Also, you may want to order proofs to confirm quality and color accuracy. Proofs are an 8×10 enlargement of a section of the image to confirm quality at larger sized prints.

UPLOAD (or send) IMAGES

You have two options for sending us your artwork – upload digital images, or ship us your original artwork.

Uploading Images

Upload images to Dropbox or We Transfer with the following recommendations:

Use Adobe 1998 or sRGB color spaces for embedding color gamut
Send files in TIFF, PSD, JPEG, or PDF formats
Original file size at 300dpi, whether from Lightroom or Photoshop, without sharpening or resizing

We provide resizing, adjustment to brightness, and sharpening on each image as these adjustments will vary depending on the size of the print.

Please call or email with any questions when sending files. We can provide any answers to any questions you will have when sending files.

Shipping Artwork

If you choose to photograph your artwork on your own, please contact me and I can help walk you through the process of doing it on your own. I promise it’s not too difficult!

When shipping artwork to us, please follow these steps to ensure your artwork arrives safely at our shop:

Acrylics and Oils

Cover your artwork with glassine paper
Wrap the artwork in bubble wrap or foam, making sure to cover the corners
Place a piece of cardboard on the front and back of the bubble wrapped piece before placing into the shipping box

Pastels, charcoals, watercolors, graphite, and colored pencils

Cover your artwork with glassine paper. If shipping multiple pieces, interleave each piece with glassine paper.
Place a piece of cardboard on the front and back of the bubble wrapped piece before placing into the shipping box

Please make sure to insure your artwork when shipping as well, and mark fragile on the box.

Artwork can also be rolled and shipped in tube as well, this option would be best for larger pieces, 24×30 or larger.

For Smaller pieces up to 18×24, United States post office is the most affordable option, FedEx & UPS ground are also great options.

PROCESSING & STORAGE

Order processing takes approximately 4-5 days from when we receive your artwork.

All digital files or your artwork are securely stored for future print orders.

SHIPPING

All orders are packed securely, shipped and insured when they leave the shop. As soon as the shipment has left our shop, we send you the tracking information.

All orders are shipped using the US Postal service. If you prefer we use , UPS or FedEx Ground please notify us in advance.

Shipping cost is calculated at time of shipment and included on your invoice once shipped.

In addition to your giclée prints, you will also receive a DVD archive and 8×10 proofs of each piece or we can provide digital dropbox link to your images as well for immediate download.

Professional Artists: We can drop-ship direct to your customers as well. Please specify shipping information, specifically the address when placing your order.

All Original artwork is returned to you or your customer. Each piece is safely and securely packed and and each shipment is insured.

We can ship internationally as well.
